Please include the name, email address, company, and handicap for each of the players who will be participating in the event. You may invite a Michelin employee to participate on your team, however, please indicate that they are Michelin employees. If you do not have enough players to fill your team, we will do our best to provide a Michelin player to fill that spot. We cannot guarantee this for individual participants.

The Michelin Charity Golf Tournament accepts checks mailed to the address above, or credit card payments through Paypal (you do not need an account, it is only the processor for cards) Electronic Transfer or checks written or delivered under the name "Michelin North America" are not acceptable forms of payment for tournament registration. Payments to the tournament are completely separate from payments to "Michelin North America".
